“Forging Economic Policy for Inclusive Growth in the Northeast”

Economic disparities can have far-reaching consequences, including socio-economic, educational, political instability and even acute law & order problem. Policymakers must address this issue by promoting inclusive economic policies that benefit all communities. Elected officials must work with local representatives to effect lasting changes. How do we bring this about? How do we advocate for policy changes that prioritize the needs of marginalized communities in the North East? How do we hold policymakers accountable for their actions? How do we bring focus to any policies that disproportionately impact underserved communities? How do we engage grassroots organizations to be aware of equality and equity? How do the elected representatives, government officials, etc., work with community members to effect lasting changes?

Forging economic policy for inclusive growth is a critical task that requires careful consideration of various factors. In the era of rapid growth across all sectors, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure that economic policies are inclusive and cater to marginalized communities.
